Menu Plan Monday Feb 2/15

This week for the menu plan I’m breaking out some old recipes and making them a bit healthier. I’m also giving some recipes that I’ve tried in the past a second chance to see if they will stick around in rotation. Monday: Buffalo Chicken Pasta – I’m going to make this with veggie pasta to make it a bit healthier.
